The Visalia Prayer House is an interdenominational prayer ministry modeled after the Tabernacle of David. It is based on the reality that worship, music, and intercession flow together in heaven around God's throne.
(Rev. 4:5)
This same dynamic was present in what the scriptures call the "Tabernacle of David." in the Old
Testament, King David organized prophetic singers and musicians to lead corporate intercession and worship 24 hours a day in Jerusalem.
(1Chron. 13-16 & 23-25)
Isn't there a calling in your heart to know more of God?
An intercessory missionary's primary focus is changing the spiritual atmosphere over cities and regions through "intercessory worship".
(Ps. 149)
The Visalia House of Prayer provides one of the Scriptural requirements for God to release the fullness of revival. This is made abundantly clear in Scripture as well as historically. Also, the Scripture declares that God will orchestrate a mighty "intercessory worship" movement worldwide in the generation of the Lord’s return.tThe scripture prophesies that God will rise up the Tabernacle of David at the end of the age.
(Acts 15:16; Amos 9:11)
This is in the context of gathering the Great harvest of new believers at the end of the age, which implies a passionate and powerful worldwide "intercessory worship" movement that will be in full force during the generation in which the Lord returns.
The Building of David's Tabernacle
Amos 9:11-12; Acts 15: 16-17
The Prayer House focuses on the prayer and worship side of the Great Commission. God is raising up Intercessory Missionaries. We are all familiar with missionaries who focus on the preaching or mercy deeds, but the Lord is calling forth a new type of missionary that is essential to completing the Great Commission.
Three dimensions to this restoration:
A priestly dimension - focused on 24 hour a day worship and
intercession that follows the Davidic order of worship.
A prophetic dimension - focused on he release of the Prophetic ministry in the church of Jesus Christ.
Acts 2 :17
A kingly dimension - focused on the apostolic ministry that
accomplishes the tasks of the kingdom with power, full-filling the Great Commission through evangelism, community, and equipping the saints.

Friends, I am excited to notify you that we are starting the study on the Song of Songs,
Thursday August 5th.
Taught by Glenn Power from Radiant Church here in Visalia. He has been a partner with the VHOP for the last four years. Glenn is a teacher and writer that we are blessed to have serving here in prayer. His book Finding God in Pain is in its second printing and is being used by God currently in orphanages in Africa to help put words to the pain of children who have lost parents. We are very blessed to have him here with us and feel his insight and teaching of the Song of Songs would greatly impact you.
I would like to have these teaching times recorded and posted. I will let you know if this is going to be possible.
